I changed my rating to 5 because I got the belated but 100% accurate response from their tech support, that allowed me to reinstall the windows 11 OS, or most importantly install it on the 1TB M.2 2280 SSD I had. After cracking the case, I was amazed at the expandability inside. My box came with the little cabling to connect a 2.5 SSD, but my box was already wired to accept it. This is the most upgradeable mini pc I have ever purchased!
